The Problem
Butterfly Maternity had a strong product and patent, but lacked brand clarity, market traction, and a defined go-to-market strategy. The business was early-stage, with minimal sales and no clear positioning in a competitive maternity market.

We redefined the brand from the ground up, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity. This was followed by a full digital rollout, including a new website and a structured go-to-market strategy across ecommerce, UX, and digital marketing.
The focus was on clarity. Making the product easy to understand, the value obvious, and the experience seamless from first touch through to purchase.
