The Problem

Olinqua was building a complex healthcare integration platform across mobile and web, but lacked a cohesive UX approach and scalable design system. As the product evolved, consistency, usability, and alignment across teams became critical to support growth.

The Approach

I was brought in to lead UI/UX across the platform, establishing best practices for product design and creating a scalable design system in Figma.

Working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders, I redesigned key user flows, improved interface clarity, and introduced a structured design framework that could support both current features and future development.

The focus was on simplifying complexity. Making data-heavy workflows intuitive, improving usability across devices, and ensuring the product could scale without fragmentation.
