The Problem
Thrive Retreats started as an idea, with no defined brand, positioning, or go-to-market strategy. The challenge was to build a compelling, accessible offering in a competitive wellness space and bring it to market with clarity and confidence.
The Approach
I led the project end-to-end, shaping the business from concept through to launch.
This included market research, naming and brand development, positioning, and a full brand strategy. From there, I designed and developed the website, directed photography, and created a cohesive visual and messaging system to support the launch.
Beyond brand and build, I defined and executed the go-to-market strategy, including performance marketing, campaign structure, and ongoing optimisation to drive bookings and validate the model.
